Our goal is to offer reliable, transparent shipping across Australia, delivering exclusively within the country. We ship orders daily and are committed to providing a smooth, dependable service from the moment you place your order.

PROCESSING TIME

After order confirmation, your purchase will be processed within 1 to 2 business days.

We ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Example:
If you place an order on Monday, it will be shipped on Tuesday or Wednesday.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 or 72 hours for tracking information to become available after receiving the shipping confirmation.

Note: Korael is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

DELIVERY TIME

Up to 2 or 3 business weeks

Attention: These delivery times are estimates only. Orders may arrive earlier or later than expected due to carrier-related delays. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will assist you.

After placing your order, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If you have not received your tracking details, please visit www.korael.com or contact our customer support team.

My order was not delivered within the estimated time. What should I do now?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

• Contact our customer support team at korael@korael.com within 21 days of your order date.
• We will work directly with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Note: If we are contacted after 21 days, it may no longer be possible to track the order.

I entered an incorrect address or want to cancel my order. What should I do now?

Mistakes happen — we understand.

Please contact korael@korael.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to resolve the issue before the order is processed.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do now?

We’re here to help.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement within 60 days of delivery.

• Replacement items are not eligible for further exchanges or claims.
